Following the global pandemic, on November 25-26-27, 2020, the Community Leaders Forum was held online. In response to the challenges in the country, in addition to presenting community initiatives at the event and discussing issues of interest to target groups, much attention was paid to the role of community activism and solidarity in times of crisis.

The purpose of the Community Leaders' Forum is to popularize community organizations, strengthen / deepen contacts between communities, share successful experiences between regions, and most importantly, provide information on current issues for community leaders and civic activists.

The results of the 2017-2020 Community Development Program were summarized during the Community Leaders Forum. The forum speakers spoke about outstanding community projects that have brought significant positive changes to both individuals and specific vulnerable groups. An intermediate presentation of the mapping study of the first in-depth community organizations in Georgia was also held at the forum.

The Community Leaders Forum was attended by community organizations, initiative groups, representatives of local and international donor organizations, and stakeholders.

The event was organized by the Georgian Center for Strategic Research and Development (CSRDG) within the framework of the ongoing project "Civil Society Development Initiative" with the support of the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS).
